Unless you have been living under a rock, you know the world continues to become increasingly reliant on technology for, well, everything. We shop online, make payments online, and so much more. This digitalization has made its way into the world of property as well. Technology and the digital way of life have become quite prevalent in this industry and given rise to a whole new segment called PropTech. The rapid rise in the need for digital tools and the popularity of various modern technologies has led the real estate industry to embrace technology. A recent study by KPMG found that as many as 58 percent of real estate companies have set up a robust digital strategy for their organizations. And 95 percent of them have appointed a dedicated executive to head their digital transformation endeavor.
As the sector continues to evolve, so do the many, many trends that have any bearing on it. To keep up with these changes as well as to ensure one can retain their edge in the market, among the best strategies companies can adopt is to keep a close watch on the market trends, especially the ones that are poised to have an impact on the real estate industry’s future. Case in point, we are now seeing the emergence of cloud-based management solutions for real estate that are helping companies achieve improved customer service, productivity, etc. Let’s take a look at some other such PropTech trends that are projected to be crucial for this sector.
AI-powered chatbots: There has been a rapid rise in AI application scope across industries, including real estate. One of the most sought-after solutions to emerge from this crowd is AI chatbots, which help real estate companies deliver top-quality customer service. Chatbots help with that by answering customer queries, assisting them with their searches, etc.
Virtual reality: VR has found particularly intriguing applications in the real estate world, starting from helping agents to virtually stage properties to allowing prospective customers to check out properties they may be interested in without needing to even get up from their couch. The immersive experiences VR offers have proven to be quite the game-changer for the sector.
IoT-driven property management: Yet another technology that has been making waves in the real estate sector is the Internet of Things. Thanks to the connected devices, smart security systems, smart meters, etc. have entirely transformed the concept of homes. People are now increasingly expecting intelligent homes, smart offices, etc. — i.e. places that are entirely in sync with the occupants’ habits and needs.
As the market continues to evolve and urbanization continues its modern technology-driven march into the future, these trends will guide companies. And suppose you too wish to leverage them for your benefit. In that case, the first step should be getting in touch with a real estate app development company and start working on an advanced solution for your business.
You must know that the wafers present in the 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility are fetched via the Workshop I carriers that are known as front opening unified pods (FOUPs). The primary performance measure is recognized in the work in process (WIP) with the relevant cycle time. You know what would affect the models’ performance is the order arrival rate, average order size, batching policy, automated material handling systems, and the number of the batch tools.
At Kensington Laboratories, the techie leader in the semiconductor wafer handling automation products supports the 300 mm wafer handling Kensington robot. The ADO is proven in the volume manufacturing at the specific 300 mm production fabs and is supported by the global service and support network of the Kensington Laboratories.
The Kensington robot installation highlights:
Automated teaching

Sony is known for making the most advanced cameras in the world. As a well-known camera manufacturer, the company never fails to innovate every year. They always come up with a better camera that has the most advanced features. Just like every other year, Sony has not failed to deliver a quality product as it recently announced Alpha 1, a $6500 mirrorless camera that features a 50.1-megapixel sensor. It can record up to 8k at 30 frames per second and is capable of shooting continuous photos up to 30 images per second.

As it can be understood from some of its features, the new camera is a powerhouse. Unfortunately, it has been priced way higher than other high-end mirrorless cameras from Canon and Nikon. But Sony does have a good reason for the price tag. They have claimed that Alpha 1 is the most innovative and technologically advanced camera ever made by them.
The camera can shoot great sports and action videos and photographs. Even while shooting continuous photos up to 30 frames per second it can produce 165 full-frame JPEG images or 155 full-frame compressed RAW images. The viewfinder of Alpha 1 has a refresh rate of 240Hz. No camera in the past has had a better viewfinder than Sony’s Alpha 1. The autoexposure and autofocus system of the camera can make up to 120 calculations every second.
Sony is well-known for manufacturing cameras with the best autofocus system. The Alpha 1 Eye AF is better than any other device you can buy. The Eye AF is fast and can work even on birds. Sony claims the optimized algorithms are fast enough to track birds in flight. No camera has ever come close to perfecting autofocus like Sony, the Alpha 1 is, therefore, a great option for people who are interested in wildlife photography and videography.
Sony has made other useful adjustments and improvements to several other features like increasing the Flash sync speeds up to 1/400 sec while the silent electronics shutter supports sync speeds as fast as 1/200 sec. The 30fps continuous shooting has been improved as well and there are no blackouts anymore. The camera can shoot 8K videos at 30fps and 4k videos at 120fps. With an external recorder, one can also shoot a 16-bit RAW video.
The all-new Alpha 1 by Sony is arguably the best mirrorless camera ever made. Sony has been doing manufacturing the best cameras in the last few years but Alpha 1 has surpassed all past expectations. Although it is quite expensive, the price can be justified considering what the camera offers. If you are looking for a great mirrorless camera and budget is not a problem, Alpha 1 is the ideal gadget.
Asus has been one of the most innovative laptop manufacturers of the last few years. They have introduced new features to the global laptop market that were previously never even imagined. With its consistent pursuit of excellence, it is all set to become the biggest player in the laptop market in the coming decade. At CES 2021, Asus revealed ROG Flow X13 which is undoubtedly going to be one of the best laptops of this year.

At first glance, no one would guess that the 0.62 inches thick, 2.9 pounds, 13.4-inch laptop can replace most gaming laptops in the market right now. If that was not surprising enough, you can flip the screen and use it as a tablet. The 2-in-1 convertible laptop is not unusual however, there is hardly any other laptop of this kind that can be used for gaming. The 13-inch ROG Flow X13 might look like just another high-end productivity machine but it has AMD’s Ryzen 9 5980HS. The powerful processor has eight cores and 16 threads, which makes it one of the most powerful CPUs that you are likely to find in a 13-inch chassis.
Flow X13 has 32GB memory that comes with 1TB storage. It also has an entry-level Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 and 120Hz FHD display which is rare even for premium laptops. On paper, the laptop is good enough to compete with Dell XPS 13 as an excellent multimedia device in the $1,000-$2,000 price range. However, there is one strange thing that Asus is trying with ROG Flow X13. It is selling the laptop with their very own external GPU called XG Mobile which according to Asus will deliver power equivalent to the GeForce RTX 3080, which is Nvidia’s top of the line. As of now, one can only buy the laptop bundled with the XG mobile which will cost $3,299,99.
Although Asus ROG Flow X13 is without a doubt a great machine the price tag is a bit too high. Even some high-end gaming laptops are not as expensive as Flow X13. It is twice the price of the Zephyrus G14, and $1,000 more than the Razer Blade Stealth 13, the two best ultraportable gaming laptops. Flow X13 is an excellent laptop but Asus is probably making a mistake by positioning it as a gaming laptop and slapping a price tag of more than $3,000. It can hold its own with the premium gaming laptops but it can still not justify its price tag.
Like most Asus laptops Flow X13 comes with an ErgoLift hinge that tilts the keyboard slightly off the table. Just like other high-end business laptops X13 also comes with a 16:10 screen. The slight change in the aspect ratio provides more vertical space which means much less scrolling and zooming out. The panel is compatible with Asus Pen and it is highly scratch-resistant. The touchscreen works fine and does not leave behind any smudges or fingerprints.
As far as the keyboards are concerned, they are quite similar to the Zephyrus G14. There is hardly anything to complain about, the nice backlighting, the resounding click, and good travel are more than enough to satisfy most users. However, there is one aspect in which Asus ROG Flow X13 will disappoint some people and that is its battery life. Even in the Battery Save mode, the laptop lasts somewhere around 6 hours. It gets worse while playing games and lasts just over an hour. So, if you are looking for a laptop with long battery life, Flow X13 might disappoint you.
The eGPU function as an external USB dock and provides a lot of extra ports. It has one audio combo jack, one DC input jack, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one DP 1.4, one Ethernet jack, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C, and one HDMI 2.0b. The laptop, therefore, has more than enough ports.
ROG Flow X13 can be used as a work and entertainment laptop. Its great screen is ideal for content consumption while its processor is good enough to run some of the heaviest games in the market. With the XG Mobile, it becomes a premium 4K gaming laptop, so the opportunities are endless. Flow X13 is the best gaming, entertainment, and work laptop that you can get. The only factors that might turn some people away are probably its high price or the poor battery life. Barring that ROG Flow X13 is the best 2-in-1 convertible gaming laptop that you can buy.
